Invite your team
The agency admin invites agents by email. Admins manage the team and see invoices; agents create listings and download photos. Remove someone and their access ends right away.

Create a listing job
Add the listing link or permit number, choose Listing (up to 6 staged photos) or Villa (up to 12), and upload the photos. Mark each photo Stage or Skip and set its room type.
Pick a style and submit
Choose one style for the whole listing so every room matches. Confirm you have the rights to the photos and will show they’re virtually staged, then submit. The portal shows how many listings you’ll have left.
Follow every job
Each listing moves from Queued to Staging, In review and Ready. Your team won’t see a photo until we’ve checked it ourselves, so there’s nothing to chase on WhatsApp.

Compare, download or ask for a change
Compare each photo before and after, then download one photo or the whole set with a before-and-after sheet. Each listing comes with two rounds of revisions, requested per photo with a short note.
See usage and invoices
The admin sees how many of this cycle’s listings are used, including any extras, and the renewal date. Need more before then? Add listings at your plan’s rate; they’re added once paid. Invoices and receipts are kept in the portal for your records.

We check every staged photo by hand before it lands in the portal.
Labelled, with a clear QR corner
“Virtually staged – furniture is not included” sits bottom-right, and we leave the bottom-left corner clear for your permit QR code.
True to the property
We never touch the walls, windows, doors, floors, fitted kitchens or view. Only empty space gets furnished.
Same-property check
Every photo in a listing has to come from one property. A different property is a separate listing, and we ask you before we start.
Agency plans
From 999 AED a month
- Team: 10 listings a month for 999 AED, about 100 AED a listing
- Growth: 25 listings a month for 2,199 AED, about 88 AED a listing
- Agency: 60 listings a month for 4,499 AED, about 75 AED a listing

- Each listing gets up to 6 staged photos (12 for a villa or large unit) and two revisions
- Extra listings at your plan’s rate, added once paid; unused listings don’t roll over
