Refund and cancellation policy

In short

  • Cancel a paid order before we start: full refund.
  • Cancel after we start but before delivery: 50% refund.
  • After delivery: no refund, but your two revisions still apply, and if we can’t fix an error we refund that listing.
  • Agency plans: cancel before your renewal date; months already paid aren’t refunded.
  • Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days, with nothing owed.

Before work starts

You can cancel any paid order before we start staging and get a full refund.

Unpaid orders

Unpaid orders are cancelled after 7 days; nothing is owed.

After work starts

  • If you cancel after we start but before delivery, we refund 50%.
  • Once the final photos are delivered, the order is not refundable, because the work is done and the files are with you. Your two rounds of revisions still apply.

If we cannot fix a problem

If a staged photo changes the property (for example a wall, window or view) or has a clear error, tell us within 14 days of delivery. We fix it free and it does not count as a revision. If we cannot fix it, we refund that listing in full.

If we miss the delivery time

If we cannot deliver within 2 working days of the time we confirmed, you can cancel and get a full refund.

Photos from more than one property

If an order turns out to include more than one property, we tell you before starting. You can pay for the extra listings, remove those photos, or cancel with a full refund.

Agency plans

  • You can cancel at any time before your renewal date; the plan then ends at the close of the paid month. Your plan renews only when you pay the renewal invoice; if you don’t pay it, the plan stops at the end of your paid month, with nothing owed.
  • Months already paid are not refunded, except where a listing was not delivered.
  • Unused listings, including extra listings added during the month, do not roll over and are not refunded.

Free first listing

The free first listing has no charge and no refund.

How refunds are paid

By bank transfer to the account you paid from, within 14 days of agreeing the refund. You pay any charges your own bank makes.
