What counts as a listing
One property, identified by its listing link or permit number. Several properties are several listings, even in the same building.
What counts as a staged photo
Each photo we furnish or style, including several angles of one room and kitchen or bathroom styling. Photos left as they are, such as exteriors, amenities and views, are free.
Extra listings
Used up your plan early? Add listings at your plan’s rate: 100 AED on Team, 88 AED on Growth, 75 AED on Agency. They’re added once paid. Unused listings don’t roll over to your next cycle.
Payment
Single listings are paid before we start staging, by bank transfer for now (card coming soon). Agency plans are paid monthly in advance, and extra listings are added once paid. Prices in AED. We’re not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. How payment works

How payment works
Every order is paid in full before we start. We don’t offer credit terms, so you never get a bill after the work.
You order
Send the photos and the listing link or permit number. We confirm what’s included and send you the invoice.
You pay
Pay by bank transfer, using the details on the invoice. Card payments are coming soon.
We start
Staging starts as soon as your payment reaches us, usually within 1 working day of your transfer. The same-working-day target counts from then.
Agency plans
Paid monthly in advance. We send the renewal invoice 5 days before your renewal date, and your new month’s listings are released when it’s paid. Extra listings and upgrades are added once paid.
Your free first listing
Nothing to pay and no card needed. Just send the photos.
Refunds
Cancel a paid order before we start and we refund it in full. Read the refund policy.

Pricing questions
What counts as a listing?
One property, identified by its listing link or its advert permit number. If you send photos of several properties, each property counts as its own listing, even when they are in the same building or belong to the same owner.
What counts as a staged photo?
Every photo we furnish or style counts, including kitchen and bathroom styling. A studio or open-plan unit is one room: each angle of it counts as a photo, and every angle shows the same furniture plan. Photos left as they are, such as exteriors, amenities and views, are free.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer (card coming soon). Single listings are paid before we start staging; bank transfers start once the money arrives, usually within 1 working day. Agency plans are paid in advance each month; extra listings are added once paid. Prices in AED. We’re not VAT-registered, so no VAT is added. Bank details appear only on the invoice.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel a paid order before we start and we refund it in full. After we start but before delivery, we refund 50%. Once the photos are delivered the order isn’t refundable, but your two revisions still apply, and if we can’t fix a mistake we refund that listing. Read the refund policy.
Can I use the portal as an individual agent?
Soon. The portal opens to a small group of pilot agencies first, then to individual agents, who will be able to open a free account and pay per listing. Until then, send your photos on WhatsApp or by email.
Do unused agency listings roll over?
No. Each agency plan gives you 10, 25 or 60 listings for each monthly cycle, counted from your start date. Unused listings, including extra ones, don’t carry over to the next cycle.
What if we need more listings before our renewal date?
Add extra listings whenever you need them, at your plan’s per-listing rate: 100 AED on Team, 88 AED on Growth and 75 AED on Agency. They’re added once paid, and the usage meter in the portal shows them with your plan.

Yes. Send them together; each property counts as its own listing. For a large batch, tell us before you send so we can plan the turnaround. Staging 10 or more listings a month? An agency plan works out at about 75 to 100 AED a listing.
Do you have plans for more than 60 listings?
Yes. If you stage more than 60 listings a month, talk to us and we’ll quote an Enterprise plan for your volume.
What if I don’t like a result?
Each listing includes two rounds of revisions, asked for within 14 days of delivery. If a photo changes the property or has a clear error, we fix it free and it doesn’t count as a revision. If we can’t fix it, we refund that listing in full.
