  • We don’t sell your data, and we never use your photos in our marketing without your written permission.
  • This site uses no analytics or advertising cookies.
  • Some of our providers store data outside the UAE.

Who we are

Ziyna is operated by RIVAANTECH SOLUTION L.L.C., Dubai, UAE, trade licence no. 1601384 (Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism). Contact: hello@getziyna.com.

What we collect

  • People who contact us: name, agency, business mobile or WhatsApp number, email, and our messages.
  • Clients: the above, plus the photos and listing details you send (listing link or permit number), invoices and payment records.
  • Portal users (agencies and individual agents): name, work email, role (admin or agent), sign-in times, the jobs you create, and your acceptance of this notice.
  • Website visitors: this site uses no analytics or advertising cookies. Our host keeps standard server logs.

We do not collect sensitive personal data. Please do not send photos showing people, ID documents or personal papers.

Why we use it

  • To reply when you contact us.
  • To carry out your order, deliver and invoice it, and run your portal account.
  • To keep records the law requires, such as accounting records.
  • We do not sell your data or share it for others’ marketing.

Who sees it

  • WhatsApp (Meta) and our email provider, to send and receive messages.
  • Our hosting, database and storage providers, to run the website and the agency portal and keep project files.
  • Our accountant, or authorities when the law requires.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE.

How long we keep it

  • Photos sent on WhatsApp or email, and the staged photos: deleted 12 months after delivery, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or keep them longer.
  • Agency portal: original photos 30 days after delivery, working versions 14 days, final staged photos 180 days.
  • People who contact us and do not become clients: deleted 6 months after our last message.
  • Invoices and payment records: kept as long as UAE law requires.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy;
  • correct it;
  • delete it, or export your agency’s portal data;
  • stop contacting you (reply STOP at any time);
  • stop or limit how we use it, or object to its use for marketing.
